in the1980s, she is the top-selling female artist of all time with over 400
million records sold worldwide. She is known for her constant reinvention
with hits like: Holiday, Like a virgin, Papa don’t preach, Material girl etc.
"Holiday" (1983) is widely considered Madonna's first major breakthrough hit, marking her first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 and becoming her first Top 10 hit in several countries.
